Overview

At Ghorlaxxcrax, we are committed to your satisfaction with our emotional intelligence training programs. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which program fees may be refunded. Our services are supplied in New Zealand and your rights may be affected by the Consumer Guarantees Act (see General legal requirements below).

Return Period

For cancellation and refund of program fees, you may request a full refund if you notify us at least seven days before the program start date. After that, the conditions in Order cancellation policy and Refund procedure apply. We do not sell physical goods for return; this policy applies to our training programs and related fees.

Return Conditions

Refunds are subject to the following:

  • Cancellation is made within the timeframes set out in Order cancellation policy
  • You have not accessed digital materials that we treat as non-refundable (see Non-returnable items)
  • Where we offer a refund at our discretion (e.g. after program begins), you have followed our process and we have approved the request

Cost of Return Delivery

We provide training programs and related services, not physical goods for return. Return delivery costs do not apply. If we ever supply physical goods and you are entitled to a return under the Consumer Guarantees Act or our policy, we will advise you of any return delivery arrangements at that time.

Return Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

  • Contact us by email or phone with your name, program enrolled, and reason for the request
  • We will confirm receipt and advise whether your request falls within our cancellation and refund terms
  • If approved, we will process the refund as set out in Refund procedure

Non-returnable Items

The following are not refundable once provided or accessed:

  • Digital program materials once you have accessed them
  • Fees for sessions already attended (unless we agree otherwise in special circumstances)

Physical materials distributed during sessions are not required to be returned for refund eligibility.

General Legal Requirements (Consumer Guarantees Act)

If you are a "consumer" under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded (e.g. that services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under that Act. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may have rights to a remedy (e.g. refund or re-supply) in addition to the terms set out here. For more information, see the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) guidance.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you notify us at least seven days before the program start date. Cancellations made within seven days of the program start are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. Once the program has commenced, refunds are available only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Ghorlaxxcrax. If you attend the first session and decide the program is not suitable, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss potential options.

Transfer Options

If you cannot attend a program for which you have enrolled, you may transfer your enrollment to a future program cycle at no additional cost, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least three days before your scheduled program begins.

To request a refund or discuss your options, contact us at contactus-ask@ghorlaxxcrax.world or call +64 27 255 5409. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method where possible.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events occur. If you face serious illness, family emergency, or other significant circumstances that prevent program participation, please reach out to us. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
